The UTD503D milling tool diameter error laser tester is using full automatic non-contact measuring theory, eliminating the human measuring errors and harm to the tools. Users are able to transfer the data to the PC and output reports.

The UTD series tester is offering fast measuring, it is a powerful tool for measuring the milling tools and drillers. Increase the manufacturing quality and efficiency, reduce the manufacturing cost.

The UTD503D tool laser tester is able to measure the maximum rotating diameter of the milling tool with single or double blades, maximum external diameter of the double blades milling tool, tools diameters runout values, and the height difference between the blades.

Also available for the maximum diameter, minimum diameter, average diameter, roundness and the runout value of the tool body. Only needs 3 seconds to finish the diameter runout value measuring.
